General maintenance
· Grounds keeping including, watering and weeding flower beds, raking, weed whipping, mowing…
· Clean walkways and porches.
· Other responsibilities as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Projects
- Assist Facilities Director with tasks
- Assist Projects Manager on large projects
housekeeping
· Restock cleaners and supplies each week.
· Cleaning buildings, bathrooms, windows, gutters, vehicles…
· Empty and disinfect trashcans.
· Assist in clean-up and turnover on Saturday.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Views Maintenance as a servant ministry.
· Able to lift at least 70 pounds.
