“Order My Steps” is the theme of the 2015 Ladies Retreat. On September 11-13th camp will be filled
with women seeking the Lord and walking in His way. This is what the Lord says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.” Jeremiah 6:16.
Do you long for peace and rest? Are you weary of doing, but never achieving? Of going, but never arriving? Of hoping, but never receiving?
How odd that we should expend so much energy searching for the things we imagine will bring us rest. What we need is true rest; not just relaxation, or a break from the busyness of life, but rest for our souls. Our culture steals rest. Only God gives it, and His prescription is as timeless as it is simple: stand, ask, and walk. His promise is sure: Do these and He will order our steps.
Our speakers Ann Sullivan and Kelly Fernandes will speak of God’s transforming power through their real life experiences. Through speakers, worship and fun in God’s creation we pray that you will all find rest for your soul.
