Living Waters Bible Camp has a new logo!

The executive director team worked together on refreshing the logo as part of the transition activities. After working with our designer, Alex Canul, and looking at almost 100 variations, we are pleased to introduce the new Living Waters Bible Camp logo.

One of the main changes is adding two extra trees. We want our logo to communicate that Living Waters Bible Camp is a place where we welcome families to work and grow together. Our three trees also convey the idea of spiritual growth as we fulfill our mission to train and equip individuals to become servant leaders. This growth happens as we strive to provide intentional godly relationships for campers and volunteers of all ages, hence the different sizes of the trees.

An element that had to stay was the water. First, because it is the name of our Camp, given the many springs of water in the valley. But most importantly, the living water represents the salvation that the Lord Jesus Christ provides abundantly for all campers to receive (Jn 4:14). As we fulfill our mission to reach the lost by communicating the truth of God’s Word, the living waters in our logo will remind us to continue to invite campers: “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink” (Jn 7:37).

We also decided to make the logo more scenic to represent God’s creation better. Living Waters has been characterized by incorporating creation in our teaching, programs, and activities to provide the campers with learning adventures in God’s creation. Even a big part of our history is the Nature Center and the many taxidermies around Camp designed to teach creation. So, the new logo better represents the creation aspect of our Camp.

Last but not least, we increase the size of the “Bible Camp” part of our name. We want to keep the Bible in the Camp, and the increased size is a statement of the importance of the Word of God in all we do.

We hope you like and grow to love our new logo. But more importantly, this new logo serves you as a constant reminder of our mission: “To reach, train and equip individuals to become servant leaders through the truth of God’s Word, intentional godly relationships, and learning adventures in His Creation.”
