Let me introduce you to Jacob Eisermann.
Jacob, a long time camper and volunteer at Living Waters, will be serving his second season as a Summer Staff team member. God has uniquely gifted Jacob with incredible musical talent, a passion for serving and a delightful personality. Jacob has received extensive training at camp through Foundation Camp, Nature Programs and Staff Training so we are thrilled to have Jacob returning to camp as a program staff facilitator and a dorm leader this summer.
When asked why he wants to serve at camp Jacob says, “I want to serve God in a way that caters to my abilities which I feel are perfect in a camp setting. I also had the time of my life last year and experienced a lot of spiritual growth. I’m sure the same will happen this year.”
Jacob attends Grace EFC in Viroqua, WI with his parents and two sisters. At Grace he helps with worship (playing bass, guitar or piano) children’s church and sound equipment. He has also been on several missions trips.
Area of Study: I’ll be a sophomore this upcoming year. I’m fulfilling my general requirements in order to enter dental school.
Favorite Bible Verse: (for now) is from Romans 4:16 “Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring-not only to those who are of the law but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham.
Favorite Hobby: Probably reading, followed closely by fishing, followed closely by soccer.
Favorite aspect of camp: How it ties different aspects of the gospel and/or creating into all of its activities.
Recent Facebook Post: “I do what I can to make these posts the stuff of legend”
Please pray for Jacob as he serves the Lord at camp this summer
